Not long to go now- January 2018 is nearly upon us. The Arobridge horses are looking forward to getting started.
We have been setting up some new places to ride, and putting together the program for you to learn with a lot of fun and focus. For those of you that have booked in- thankyou and we will see you for either the first week from 15 - 19 January 2018 or the second week 22 -26 January 2018.....for those of you that missed out- we are sorry. We haven't got enough horses to accept you all. keep watching our website and facebook for details of the next one and maybe if you are quick we will be able to book you in. We will be doing a workshop for Parents of children wanting to own, or who own a horse. We will teach the same 5 goals we teach in the riding focus programme SAFETY, RESPECT, TRUST, CONNECTION AND COMMITTMENT and what this means to your child when they are responsible for the care and welfare of their horse. You will learn how to read the body language, boundaries, how to be and where to be for safety and how to gain the respect, trust and connection with the horse.

Thankyou to everyone who helped to evolve through the wisdom and knowledge the horses had to share. All of us have our own unique way of being and when we access our own intuition and awareness , the knowledge and wisdom is somehow unlocked and released through the magic of Horses. Less = More when the control is released and we allow things to unfold gently and there are times within this where we must stand in our own power to make a small change or tiny step towards our hearts desire. Thankyou All for the wonderful part you played to bring about change. Interested in building a stronger connected relationship with your horse? Contact Kathy Marx on email: arobridge@gmail.com
![]() Arobridge Maxwell is coming along very nicely. He is a charismatic, zippy little left brain extrovert. He loves to play and loves riding too - he is very inquisitive when out and about. Today we were revisiting the basic 7 games, and a LOT of the "Friendly game" and then "sideways". He is a very sensible little chap. His sidestepping online was put to good use when we went to open the gate. The realisation that we had just been practising this was very apparent when you could see the penny drop- "Oh I already know this" look on his face. We then went with Gaylene and Sparky down to the stream for a paddle, and then back across the bridge....Going down to the waterhole can be quite claustrophobic for some horses, but he was a little star and did the "Squeeze game" through the 2 crossings by the waterhole. He took it all in his stride. Float loading with Maxwell is a real hoot- we park the float between two gates so there is room around the float but he can't just run off, and when Cheryl Holland came to give us a hand- he walked around the car and the float before going on. He has continued to do this..He goes on - on his own, but he always walks right around the car and float before walking on... What a character he is. AWARENESS and tuning in to all of our senses brings awareness. We welcomed a fantastic group of Women to experience the Meditation and visualisation today, just one of the "Pathways" we explore through our horses. Courage, discovery, awareness, acknowledgement and release. The weather was kind, the Horses were great, and the people were wonderful. Thankyou one and All for your attendance and participation. ![]()
